Not eating meat challenges the quotidian diet of Cuba, but Perez has such amazing health changes he continues Asse's program and by the end of the film he loses 72 lbs and overcomes all his health issues. This film has many beautiful shots of Cuba and has an interesting twist when Perez escapes Cuba and achieves his dream of coming to the US to be close to his son. |
