Marketing Coordinator (Full-Time)
Passion River Films is a distributor for award-winning films to libraries, academia, theaters, & digital streaming channels. Our digital clients include Netflix, Amazon, iTunes, Tubi, Discovery+, and more. We're searching for a Marketing Coordinator to lead the strategic operation of the Marketing Department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field of study
- Passionate to learn new industries
- Must be able to balance multiple tasks in an extremely fast-paced and ever-changing work environment among strict deadlines.
- Adapt to new projects daily.
- Strong work ethic.
- A personality that supports the "always-be-learning" mindset.
Duties:
- Track leads and negotiates sales for community film screenings.
- Create monthly Analytics reports for team & clients.
- Manage paid promotions on Amazon and social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter.
- Oversee the social media marketing of the business, partner companies, & and clients' films.
- Communicate with internal departments & clients daily on marketing timelines.
- Maintain internal systems including customer databases.
- Update multiple business websites.
- Support the Operations and Sales Departments when needed.

- Adobe Photoshop
- Pay-per-Click Advertising
- CRMs (i.e. Active Campaign)
- MailChimp
- HTML and basic website maintenance
- Watching documentaries and independent films
