How to Order
If you are unable to obtain Passion River titles from your distributor, please contact us at 732-321-0711 or info@passionriver.com to place your order.
Forms of Payment
All major credit cards accepted. Please fill out a one-time credit card authorization form and fax it to: 732-321-4105 / Attn: New Accounts
Shipping Policy
Retail stores have a $100.00 order minimum and shipping will be charged at cost. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and the item will ship as soon as it becomes available.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns on DVDs that are out of their original packaging, unless they are defective or damaged. Please see below for more details.
Overstock Returns
You may return up to 20% of the total dollar amount of your purchases within the last 3 months. Please contact Passion River at 732-321-0711 or at info@passionriver.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). You may apply the credit you receive to a current or future order. Please note, any title returned without a Return Authorization (RA) is subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the dollar amount shipped back.
Defective or Damaged DVDs
If your DVD is confirmed to be defective or damaged within 30 days of you receiving it, please contact Passion River at 732-321-0711 or at info@passionriver.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). We will be happy to exchange it with another copy of the same title. Please note, any title returned without a Return Authorization (RA) is subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the dollar amount shipped back.
Wrong Title or Format
If the title you receive is not what you had ordered or it is not in the format you had requested, please notify Passion River at 732-321-0711 or at info@passionriver.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). We will be happy to exchange the title for the correct product. Please note, any title returned without a Return Authorization (RA) is subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the dollar amount shipped back.
