Position Details
Passion River is seeking an entry-level part-time web designer/developer/marketer for our Metuchen, NJ marketing division.
You will be responsible for the administration, development, deployment, and marketing of several company-owned websites. Duties include daily upkeep of e-commerce site, promotion of sites using search engine marketing techniques, and the creation of new websites.
This position is an excellent resume-builder and provides real-world job experience in web development, Internet marketing and SEO (search engine optimization).
Part-time and full-time hours are available.
Qualifications
Previous web design/development experience and desire to learn new skills is necessary. Applicant should have extensive knowledge of HTML/CSS and a basic understanding of Photoshop and Flash.
Hand-coding web pages and knowledge of RTML/PHP/JavaScript/MySQL/SEO is a plus.
A successful applicant will be highly motivated and have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Salary
Please note that this is an hourly position, and the starting wage is $10/hour.
